- Excellent dispersibility and solubility assistance effectively prevent dye aggregation, thus reducing phenomena such as uneven dyeing, dye spots, and color stains that are prone to occur due to the effects of salt and alkali during the dyeing process.
- When used in yarn dyeing, it can reduce the color difference between the inner and outer layers. When used in jig dyeing machines and long vehicle dyeing, it can reduce the left, middle, and right color differences.
【Usage】
The optimal dosage varies depending on the type of fabric, the equipment used, and the treatment conditions. The following recommended dosages can be adjusted appropriately by customers according to the actual situation.
- Dip dyeing process: Dosage: 0.5 - 2.5%. Bath ratio: 1:8 - 12. Scoured and bleached semi-finished products → Add the levelling agent first at room temperature, run for 5 - 10 minutes → Dye according to the dyeing process of different dyes → Post-treatment.
- Jig dyeing process: Dosage: 3 - 5g/L. Scoured and bleached semi-finished products → Add the levelling agent first at room temperature, run for 5 - 10 minutes → Dye according to the dyeing process of different dyes → Post-treatment.
- Pad dyeing process: Dosage: 6 - 12g/L. Scoured and bleached semi-finished products → Immerse in the dye working solution → Dye according to the dyeing process of different dyes → Post-treatment.

- Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
