It has excellent penetration and dispersion properties and strong migration ability for disperse dyes. Under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, it promotes the transfer of dyes on the fabric from high concentration areas to low concentration areas, ensuring uniform dyeing of fibers and achieving the purpose of color defect repair.
- Exceptionally high migration rate, with a migration rate ≥ 85% on polyester fibers.
- Excellent dispersibility, significantly improving the leveling property of disperse dyeing.
- No adverse effects on color shade and color fastness, and does not affect color brightness.
- Can be used as an environmentally friendly swelling agent or carrier for polyester dyeing, and is easy to dilute.
- Suggested process: Add directly into the dye vat during dyeing.
- Suggested dosage:
- As a high-temperature leveling agent: 0.1 - 0.5g/L, liquor ratio 1:10 - 30, dyeing temperature 130 - 140°C, holding time 30 - 60min. Specific process parameters should be adjusted by users through sample testing.
- For repairing dyeing defects (such as color spots, color streaks, etc.): Dosage 1.0 - 3.0g/L at 130 - 140°C for 30 - 45min (for severe color spots and stripping, it is recommended to add 2 - 4g/L of soda ash).
- As a carrier for polyester dyeing, the general dosage is 0.3 - 2.0g/L, and the dyeing temperature is 95 - 115°C.
- Conduct small sample tests in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
- If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be carried out in advance.
- Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life is 6 months.
- Polyethylene plastic drum with an inner plastic bag, 125KG per drum.
