This high-temperature dispersant is mainly used in high-temperature dyeing and other related processes to ensure uniform dispersion of dyes, improve dyeing quality and effect, and enable fabrics to obtain uniform and stable colors.
- Excellent high-temperature stability: It can still maintain good dispersion performance in the high-temperature environment commonly used in textile dyeing (usually up to 130°C or even higher), effectively preventing dye aggregation and precipitation, ensuring that the dye is in a uniformly dispersed state in the dyeing solution, and guaranteeing the uniformity of dyeing.
- Good compatibility: It can be used in combination with various types of textile dyes (such as reactive dyes, disperse dyes, etc.) and other textile auxiliaries (such as leveling agents, penetrants, etc.) without adverse reactions, jointly contributing to optimizing the dyeing process.
- Efficient dispersion effect: It can quickly reduce the surface energy between dye particles, making the dye particles better dispersed in the dyeing solution system, helping dye molecules fully contact fabric fibers, and improving the dye uptake rate and dyeing fastness.
- Environmental protection performance: The product meets the requirements of relevant environmental protection standards, is biodegradable during use, is environmentally friendly, and reduces the risk of pollution to the ecological environment caused by printing and dyeing wastewater.
Applicable to high-temperature dyeing processes of various natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, etc.), chemical fibers (such as polyester, nylon, etc.) and their blended fabrics, and can play an excellent dispersion role in different dyeing methods such as dip dyeing and pad dyeing.
Suggested process: Add directly into the dye vat during dyeing.
- For ultra-fine denier fabrics: 1.0 - 1.5% (o.w.f)
- For ordinary fabrics: 0.5 - 1.5% (o.w.f)
Add and stir evenly before adding the dye → add the dye → adjust the pH → heat up (105 - 135°C depending on the dye type) → keep warm for dyeing → cool down → drain → neutralize → dehydrate and dry.
- Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
- If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.
- Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
