Deepening accelerator / Deepen and brighten / Improve dye uptake rate / Less usage / reducing wastewater
【Description】
This product is a deepening and accelerating agent for the reactive dyeing process, possessing excellent deepening and brightening effects. When cellulose fibers and their blends are dyed with reactive dyes, it can increase the dye uptake rate, while providing controllable simultaneous dyeing and fixation, making the fabric darker and more vivid in color after dyeing.
【Product Features】
1. This product is an excellent substitute for caustic soda in traditional processes.
2. With a small dosage, it can significantly reduce the burden of wastewater treatment.
3. It has good deepening and brightening effects.
4. It enables controllable simultaneous dyeing, and its buffering effect is especially suitable for pH-sensitive dyes. It is applicable to dyeing processes with small liquor ratios and can increase the dye uptake rate.
【Usage and Dosage】
Determine the optimal dosage based on small samples. Generally, it is 1/5 of the amount of soda ash.
Reference Process:
Dye: x% o.w.f
Leveling Agent: 0.5 g/l
Sodium Sulfate: 20 - 30 g/l
Dyeing Deepening Agent: 5 g/l
Material Preparation: Accurately weigh the specified amount, dilute it with 10 times the amount of water in the auxiliary tank, and then add it to the dyeing tank.
Addition of Materials: Add 1/3 of the amount slowly at the beginning, and then add the remaining 2/3 all at once.
Dosage: 1/5 of the amount of soda ash.
Dip Dyeing: For liquor ratios > 10, calculate the materials based on the water ratio; for liquor ratios < 10, calculate the materials based on the fabric weight.
60°C × 40 - 60 min Dyeing → Water Washing → Neutralization → Hot Water Washing → Soaping
The specific process shall be subject to your company's existing process.
【matters needing attention】
1. A small sample test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
2. If it needs to be used together with other additives, a small sample test should be conducted in advance to prevent compatibility issues.
