Used for the fixation treatment of nylon fabrics dyed with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, it can achieve excellent wet fastness. The product does not contain bisphenol S, and no additional adjustment of the pH value of the working solution is required during use, further simplifying the production process and reducing costs.

- Suitable for ultrafine nylon and elastic fabrics blended with spandex;
- Has no impact on the dyeing shade and light fastness, and does not affect the fabric handfeel;
- Improves the competition dyeing of wool/nylon blended fabrics;
- Improves the leveling property of nylon/cellulose fiber blended fabrics;
- No need to adjust pH;

【Usage】
Used for the fixation treatment of nylon after dyeing with acid dyes and metal complex dyes.
【Application Method】
Thoroughly rinse the dyed fabric, as residual cationic or nonionic leveling agents will affect the effect of the fixing agent.
Recommended process:
- Dipping method:
Medium color system: 1 - 2% (o.w.f)
Dark color system: 2 - 3% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:5 - 10
Temperature & time: 80℃ x 20min
- Padding method:
Dosage: 10 - 30g/L (the dosage can be adjusted according to the shade depth)

【Precautions】
- A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
- If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.
【Storage and Packaging】
