Strong fluorescence, high whiteness, and good washing resistance.
It is mainly suitable for whitening and brightening polyester fibers and their blended fabrics, especially for low-temperature (95-100°C) whitening of polyester fiber knitting.
- Low-temperature adsorption dip dyeing method:
- Dosage: 0.3 - 0.7% (o.w.f)
- Bath ratio: 1:10 - 20
- Dyeing temperature: 95 - 100°C
- Dyeing time: 30 - 40 minutes
- pH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
- Process flow: Add additives, acetic acid (adjust pH: 4.5 - 5.5), and whitening agent to the dye bath according to the formula, heat up to 95 - 100°C at a rate of 2 - 3°C per minute, keep the temperature constant for 30 - 40 minutes → cool down → wash with water → dehydrate and dry (80 - 100°C), and the whiteness can meet the user's requirements. If the user has a setting machine, after washing with water and dehydration, pre-drying (80 - 100°C), baking (170 - 175°C, 30 - 40 seconds), the whiteness effect will be better.
- Pad dyeing method:
- Dosage: 1.5 - 4 grams per liter
- Process flow: Two dips and two rolls (pick-up rate 70%) → pre-drying (100°C) → baking and setting (175 - 180°C, 30 seconds).
- High-temperature and high-pressure dip dyeing method:
- Dosage: 0.2 - 0.5% (o.w.f)
- Bath ratio: 1:10 - 20
- Dyeing temperature: 120 - 130°C
- Dyeing time: 30 - 60 minutes
- pH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
If the suspension is found to be precipitated and layered, just shake it evenly before use, which will not affect the use effect. Pay attention to using within the yellowing point of this product, that is, pad dyeing ≤ 5 grams per liter, dip dyeing ≤ 0.8% (o.w.f). If the dosage exceeds the yellowing point, it is easy to turn yellow.
50kg plastic barrel lined with polyethylene plastic bag, avoid high temperature, and the shelf life is 6 months.
