This product is suitable for ecological three-proof finishing of cellulosic fibers and their blended fabrics, imparting excellent washable and dry-cleanable properties. It does not contain PFOA, PFOS, and APEO.
【Product Features】

【Usage】
The fabric to be treated must be fully pretreated to ensure no residual surface active substances.
- Durable waterproof and antifouling finishing:
- Cotton or its blends: C650 20 - 40g/L, pickup 60 - 80%, drying at normal temperature, baking at 140°C for 2 minutes or 160°C for 1 minute.
- Synthetic fibers and their blends: C650 30 - 50g/L, pickup 60 - 80%, drying at normal temperature, baking at 140°C for 2 minutes or 160°C for 1 minute.
The penetrating agent must be added before other solution components. We do not recommend using silicone waterproof agents and softeners in the same bath, otherwise the antifouling effect, especially the oil-proof effect, will be reduced.
【Precautions】
- Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
- Usually, the shear resistance of fluoride finishing liquor is limited, so keep it gentle during use. If stirred at high speed for a long time, the emulsion will break and produce milky yellow foam, which should be avoided. The foam accumulated on the liquid surface must be removed.
【Storage and Packaging】
- Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
- Polyethylene plastic barrel with an inner plastic bag, 125KG per barrel.
