【Usage】
Suitable for single-sided waterproof finishing of chemical fiber, cellulose fiber and their blended fabrics.
Reference dosage: 2 - 30g/L for padding method.
Padding method finishing: Waterproof finishing agent: 2 - 30g/L, pH: 5 - 6, padding (pick-up rate 50 - 80%) → drying → curing at 150 - 170℃.
【Precautions】
- A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
- Usually, the shear resistance of the fluoride finishing liquid is limited. Therefore, the process should be kept as gentle as possible during use. For example, long-term high-speed stirring will cause emulsion breakage and produce milky yellow foam, which should be avoided. The foam accumulated on the liquid surface must be removed.
