【Instruction】
Flame retardant is a compound of phosphate ester and various flame retardant components, suitable for flame retardant finishing of pure cotton, polyester and their blended fabrics. The treated fabric can obtain excellent flame retardant effect.
- It can impart excellent flame retardant effect to the fabric, and there is basically no afterburning phenomenon after the fabric is treated.
- It has little impact on the fabric strength.
- No special equipment is required during processing, and the operation is simple and convenient.
- It is formaldehyde-free, colorless, non-toxic and non-irritating.
【Usage】
It is suitable for flame retardant finishing of pure cotton, polyester and their blended knitted and woven fabrics.
The recommended dosage is: 300 - 500g/L dipping and padding working solution → one dip and one pad (or two dips and two pads) → setting (the conditions depend on the fabric variety).
Note: 1. The dosage and setting conditions depend on the fabric variety.
2. The dosage of T/C fabric should be adjusted appropriately according to the specific variety, and the dosage should be increased if necessary.
【Precautions】
- A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
- If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.
【Storage and Packaging】
- Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protect from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
- Polyethylene plastic barrel with plastic bag lining, 125KG per barrel (the packaging specification can be negotiated).
